  • If you plan on using MeteoHelix weather stations with little regular maintenance, a factory-calibrated station should give you 10+ years of use without a significant drop in accuracy. Enough time for you to start seeing yearly weather patterns and help you combat diseases before they come in full force.

  • Not much. The MeteoHelix station is solar-powered and completely wireless, using LoRaWAN, Sigfox, and NB-IoT to transmit data. All you need to do is attach the station to a stable structure, activate the device with a QR code, and see data coming in on your phone or computer. The whole process takes no more than 5 minutes. If the is no wireless coverage available, install a plug-and-play wireless receiver gateway somewhere indoors and you're good to go.

  • There are no moving parts in MeteoHelixes, so the chances of a mechanical failure are minimal. If you experience trouble with data readings, we'll be able to run some tests remotely. In case the station needs to be repaired after all and it falls under warranty, we'll ship you a temporary replacement station which you can use until the repaired one comes back.
